These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reki Sounds website and our music production, instrumental, mixing, and mastering services. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Reki Sounds (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers professional audio services remotely. Contact: prodbyreki@gmail.com.

2. Website use

You may browse the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, scrape content in a way that harms performance or rights, or submit false or abusive information through our forms.

3. Services

Service descriptions on this website (including Production, HQ Instrumental, Mixing, and Mastering) outline typical deliverables. Exact scope for your project is confirmed when we accept your booking or inquiry. We work remotely and do not require travel.

4. Inquiries and booking

Submitting a Contact or Book Now form is a request to start a conversation or engagement — it is not an automatic acceptance of every project. We may decline work that falls outside our capacity, style, or technical requirements. Project details, timelines, and fees are confirmed between us before work is treated as booked.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices and payment terms are communicated for your specific project (or package) before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work may be paused or final files withheld until agreed payments are received. Fees already paid for completed stages of work are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

6. Timelines

Turnaround depends on the service, project complexity, and how quickly feedback is provided. We typically schedule focused working sessions across the week and aim to start soon after booking. Timelines are estimates unless we confirm a hard deadline in writing. Delays in your feedback, files, or approvals may extend delivery.

7. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated for a specific package, our listed services include unlimited revisions within a reasonable creative scope for that project. Revisions cover refining the work toward the agreed direction — not an entirely new song, concept, or scope change. Material changes in scope may require an updated quote.

8. Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is typically in high-quality 24-bit WAV format and may include a premaster for feedback, a streaming-ready master, and mixed stems where the service includes stem delivery. File formats or extras outside the listed package should be requested before work is finished.

9. Client materials and responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have all rights needed to provide vocals, instrumentals, lyrics, samples, and reference materials you send us, and that our use of those materials to fulfill the project will not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for backing up originals of anything you send.

10. Intellectual property and commercial use

Upon full payment for the completed project (unless a different written agreement applies), you receive the commercial-use rights described for that service so you can release and monetize the finished work. Until payment is complete, we retain rights in the work product we create. We may ask for credit where customary (for example producer / mixer / mastering credit), unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party plugins, sample libraries, or tools used in production beyond the licenses that already apply to a commercial release.

11. Portfolio and website demos

Audio and materials shown in our Portfolio are for demonstration only. They are protected under copyright laws. All rights reserved ©. You may not download, redistribute, sample, or reuse portfolio demos without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may infringe copyright.

Unless you opt out in writing, we may reference completed client work for portfolio or promotional purposes in a tasteful way (for example artist name and track title). If you need confidentiality, tell us before the project starts.

12. AI and creative process

We deliver organic, live-crafted production and engineering work. We do not replace the creative process with AI-generated tracks as a substitute for that craft, unless a future offering is clearly labeled otherwise.

13. No guarantees of commercial success

We work to a high professional standard, but we cannot guarantee playlist placements, chart performance, streaming numbers, or commercial outcomes. Creative taste is subjective; our commitment is quality, communication, and revisions within scope.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reki Sounds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Reki Sounds harmless from claims arising from materials you provide, your use of final deliverables, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

16. Termination

Either party may pause or end an engagement if the other materially breaches these Terms or becomes unresponsive for an extended period. Sections that should survive (including IP, payment for work already done, limitation of liability, and portfolio/demo protections) will continue to apply.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms for new engagements.
